We do not have trucks and volunteers available for pick up during the set-up weekdays.

(We are unable to pick up entertainment centers, sleeper sofas, headboards, and very well loved furniture.)

Accepted Items

Toys, baby items, clothing & shoes, jewelry, linens, dishes, pots & pans, smaller household appliances, lamps, holiday décor, smaller furniture (sofas, chairs, dining tables & chairs, bedroom chests), rugs, antiques & collectibles, electronics, yard & garden tools, plants, bikes, sporting equipment, tools, pet supplies, pictures & frames, books, office supplies, sewing & craft supplies, sewing machines, musical instruments and misc. items.


TVs (flat screen only), desktop computers (with all components) and laptops are accepted only if in working order.

Unaccepted Items

Large appliances, large exercise equipment, entertainment centers, King/Queen size headboards/beds, large bedroom chests, dining room buffet or hutch, VCR or cassette tapes, car/truck tires & parts, organs, pianos, kitchen cabinets, sinks, bathtubs,

toilets, paint, hazardous chemicals, toy chests, play pens, bath seats, sports helmets, hair dryers, cosmetics & perfumes, bowling balls, flammables, cribs, car seats, curling irons, encyclopedias, large stuffed animals, and mattresses/box springs. Individual computer parts such as towers, monitors, keyboards, cords, etc. will also not be accepted.

Plant Sale

Plant donations can be dropped off all day June 11, and the morning of June 12. Please place donations in the grassy area outside the Genesis Hallway door. We welcome all types of plants (free of weeds and pests). There are pots between the sheds in the church parking lot that can be used for your donations.

Bake Sale

We will start accepting items for the Yard Sale’s Bake Sale on Thursday, June 11 through Friday, June 12, at 10:00 am. There will be a cart near the office entrance and a large rolling cart just outside the gym. Please DO NOT put your items in the kitchen. We cannot accept refrigerated items or cream pies. Previously donated items have included cookies, pies, cupcakes, cakes, and breads. If you bake cookies, please place cookies in a plastic snack bag, two cookies to a bag. Label all donations: Nuts or No Nuts. We also need gluten-free items (clearly marked as such). We ask that all items be prepackaged. Thank you!

Call for Volunteers: We Need Your Help!

St. Paul’s Yard Sale is a success because of our dedicated volunteers! If you would like to volunteer and have not already been contacted, please reach out to Linda Riley. ANY time you can come is greatly appreciated.


Volunteer Schedule

Especially needed are sherpas to help unload donations from vehicles, and merchandise sorting and organizing in various areas:

  • June 6, 9:00 am setup, 11:00 am - 4:00 pm collections
  • June 7, 2:00-6:00 pm
  • June 8-11, 9:00 am - 6:30 pm
  • Additional help is needed to help direct cars on June 12, beginning at 4:30 pm, and the morning of June 13.
  • Many hands are needed for cleanup help on June 13 at 1:30 pm!
