Nursery Worker
A responsible, caring, compassionate adult is needed to care for infants through four-year olds on Sunday mornings. Experience with young children and ability to a create warm, playful environment in the classroom is essential. Able to lift and carry children as well as reliable transportation is needed. State required up-to-date Act 33/34 clearances and fingerprints required.

Kindergarten Teacher – Enrichment Program Coordinator
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Reports To: Kidz Korner Director
We are looking for a creative, dedicated, and highly motivated Kindergarten Teacher to coordinate and lead our Kindergarten Enrichment Program. In this role, you will design and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, emotional, and physical development. You’ll also help manage classroom staff and create a warm, structured, and responsive learning environment where every child can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Curriculum & Instruction
- Design and deliver enrichment-based curriculum aligned with PA K-12 Academic Standards.
- Plan and lead hands-on activities such as art, music, storytelling, and movement.
- Adapt lesson plans for diverse learning styles and developmental needs.
- Use technology and classroom resources to support instruction.
- Track daily student attendance and transitions using a computer system.
Classroom Management
- Create a positive, respectful, and nurturing classroom atmosphere.
- Supervise students at all times, including during lunch and transitions.
- Address challenging behaviors calmly and consistently, using age-appropriate consequences.
- Maintain accurage records and assessments to inform instruction.
- Leadership & Collaboration:
- Supervise and support classroom assistants, aides, and volunteers.
- Work closely with the program director and other staff to meet student and program goals.
- Participate in team meetings and parent conferences when needed.
Parent Communication
- Maintain daily communication with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Build strong, respectful relationships with families and the community.
Professional Standards
- Model appropriate behavior and demonstrate self-control, flexibility, and integrity.
- Ensure compliance with all local and state safety and licensing regulations.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Primary Education, an Associate’s Degree in Early Education and Child Development or a Preschool CDA Certification
- Ability to obtain necessary background clearances (Child Abuse, FBI, State Police)
Preferred
- Previous experience in early childhood education or kindergarten teaching
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Passion for working with children and a creative approach to learning

Van Driver / Bus Monitor

We’re looking for a dependable and caring Van Driver / Bus Monitor to help safely transport our children and support our mission of quality childcare.
Job Summary
As a Van Driver / Bus Monitor, you will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of children to and from our center. This role ensures a high level of safety, supervision, and communication during each trip.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a school van safely to transport children.
- Serve as a bus monitor, assisting with boarding and supervision.
- Ensure all children are buckled in age-appropriate car seats or seat belts.
- Assist children in and out of the vehicle safely.
- Conduct daily pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
- Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
- Maintain clear and accurate transportation logs.
- Communicate effectively with staff and families regarding scheduling or behavior issues.
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License required (CDL Class B with Passenger/School Bus endorsements a plus).
- Clean driving record (Motor Vehicle Report).
- Must pass Pennsylvania child abuse clearances, background check, and drug screening.
- Prior experience working with children or in a childcare setting preferred.
- Punctual, responsible, and committed to child safety.

Kitchen Staff Member
Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience and certification)
St. Paul’s Kidz Korner and Kidz Venture are a childcare and enrichment programs serving students in kindergarten through 5th grade. We provide a nurturing environment where children can grow, learn, and thrive—and we believe that healthy, delicious food is a key part of that mission. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve meals in large quantities for students and staff
- Support daily and special event meals (e.g., Thanksgiving, Graduation, Summer Camp)
- Follow and adjust menus based on needs and availability
- Maintain a clean, organized kitchen (daily, weekly, monthly tasks)
- Monitor inventory, rotate stock, and assist with ordering supplies
- Set up and clean up for breakfast, lunch, and snack times
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation protocols (ServSafe preferred)
- Follow kitchen and workplace safety procedures, including emergency protocols
- Engage with students positively and promote healthy eating habits
- Attend team meetings and training sessions
- Collaborate with team members in a supportive, team-oriented environment
Qualifications
- Prior food service or institutional kitchen experience preferred
- ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
- Ability to follow policies, safety standards, and procedures
- Passion for creating healthy meals and serving children with care
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Morning and midday shift
